Elke Kurtz | Chief of Staff, Program Coach & Facilitator
Elke Kurtz is an experienced executive, change agent, facilitator, teacher, and coach, working with leaders, emerging leaders, and coaches to deepen their self-awareness and expand to meet their true potential. She is adept at supporting clients to identify their leadership development priorities and achieve personal and career goals.
Elke brings lived leadership experience with more than 20 years as a People and Culture leader in professional services organizations and the nonprofit sector. Throughout her career, Elke has worked to realize her vision of wholistic leadership, where leading with self-knowing and compassion are essential to inspired results. This has meant leading culture transformations, coaching and advising leadership teams, and implementing people-centered organizational structures with an equity lens. She now provides consulting and coaching as a trusted advisor to executives, senior leaders, and front-line managers, applying the powerful Enneagram system. Elke also serves as Director of Faculty for the Deep Coaching Institute, where she trains coaches to apply somatic intelligence and the Enneagram system. She is known for coaching and leading with a nimble combination of business acumen and heart.
Elke is a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Deep Coaching Institute (Enneagram coaching certification), and the Center for Parental Leave Leadership (CPLL.) She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and an MBA in organizational effectiveness. Elke lives in Portland, Oregon, with her family.
