The Wholistic Leadership Circles (WLC) is a six-month immersive experience that supports conscious leaders in cultivating the inner and outer capacities needed to lead with presence, authenticity, and aliveness.

What We Mean By Wholistic
To be wholistic is to lead from the whole of who we are—mind, heart, and body—each essential, each in conversation with the others.
It means integrating the right and left brain, balancing logic with intuition, analysis with imagination. It means honoring both the feminine and masculine energies within us—the receptive and the directive, the relational and the action-oriented. To lead wholistically is to include all of who we are—not just the parts that have been culturally validated, but also the quiet, intuitive, emotional, and creative dimensions we are often taught to minimize.
This is leadership rooted in inner inclusion—where nothing essential is left out. When these inner aspects come into relationship, something powerful unfolds.
A wholistic leader doesn’t lead from performance, ego, or prescription—but from presence. From essence. From a self that is not fragmented, but whole.
This work invites a deeper inner coherence so that leadership becomes not a role we perform, but an authentic expression of our integrated self—capable of meeting complexity with wisdom, clarity, and love.
Program Structure
THE POWER OF THE CIRCLE:
LEARNING IN COMMUNITY
At the heart of each cohort is a vibrant learning community—a circle of trust, support, and shared discovery.
This is not a solitary journey. It is a co-created space of mutual learning, where deep listening, authentic expression, and presence shape how we grow.
Within this sacred container, participants learn from and with each other—offering insights, reflection, and encouragement in ways that amplify personal and collective transformation.
The community becomes a mirror and a catalyst, helping each member grow not in isolation, but in connection.
HOW IT WORKS:
Six full-day group sessions (monthly on Zoom from 8:00am–3:00pm PT)
Six 1:1 coaching sessions with a WLC facilitator
Monthly peer-coaching meetings for integration and reflection
Monthly check-ins to maintain momentum between sessions
Max 12 participants per cohort to preserve intimacy and depth
Limit of 4 participants per organization to ensure diverse perspectives
