Our Offerings
Every engagement is tailored, yet each offering carries the unique imprint of The Leader’s Muse Institute: a presence-based, wholeness-oriented approach that awakens authentic leadership, strengthens trust, and sparks innovation.
MEETING FACILITATION
Transform meetings into meaningful conversations. We design and hold containers of presence, clarity, and safety that help groups move beyond surface discussion. With practices of dialogue and deep listening, participants surface wisdom that might otherwise remain hidden, name underlying dynamics, and generate shared meaning. These conversations ignite life-giving energy, enabling groups to work in alignment with a sense of shared purpose and to manifest desired outcomes. In this way, even everyday meetings become opportunities to strengthen culture, build trust, and weave the fabric of healthy community within the organization.
TEAM DEVELOPMENT
Build resilient, innovative, and high-trust teams. Through customized development processes, we help groups clarify their shared purpose, identify and align around core values, and deepen relational intelligence. Teams learn to appreciate differences in perspective and treat them as enriching the collective intelligence of the group, rather than as points of division. They also learn to work with both reactive tendencies and generative strengths, strengthening their ability to move through conflict with presence and creativity. The result is not only stronger performance, but also an environment where people feel valued, connected, and empowered to thrive together—laying the groundwork for cultures that are adaptive and life-giving.
ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE
Led by Ipek Serifsoy, PhD
Guide transformation as a living process, not a mechanical project. Drawing on The Leader’s Muse Organizational Change Framework, these organizational change initiatives—personally led by Ipek Serifsoy—support leaders and teams in moving beyond control-oriented models into presence-based approaches that align with the true, evolving nature of reality.
Through leadership team coaching and open-enrollment Organizational Change Cohorts launching in 2026, participants learn to see beneath surface-level dynamics, attune to what’s emerging, and respond with greater wisdom and coherence.
Grounded in dialogue, reflection, and co-creation, this work enables organizations to navigate complexity with clarity, resilience, and trust. The result is more than successful initiatives—it’s cultures that are adaptive, life-giving, and aligned with deeper purpose.
ENNEAGRAM OFFERINGS
Unlock deeper self-awareness and team connection. Our experiential workshops use the Enneagram not just as a typology, but as a living framework for growth. Participants learn to see the automatic patterns that constrict their relationships and effectiveness, while opening to the deeper and more expansive capacities of presence, empathy, and resilience. This enables team members to appreciate one another’s unique gifts while also extending understanding and even compassion toward reactive tendencies—widening the collective window of tolerance and loosening assumptions about why people think and act as they do. As individuals see themselves and each other more clearly, teams begin to work together with greater trust, authenticity, and creativity. The result is not only stronger relationships but also a foundation for collective intelligence and innovation to flourish.
INNER CRITIC TO INNER WISDOM
The Inner Critic shapes far more of our leadership than we realize—quietly driving reactivity, over-efforting, self-doubt, and the fear of getting it wrong. Our Inner Critic offerings help leaders and teams recognize this pattern with compassion, release its grip, and expand their leadership capacity by accessing deeper presence, confidence, and inner wisdom.
We offer a range of formats to meet your needs: short talks and lunch-and-learns, half- or full-day workshops, immersive retreats, multi-month team development pathways, and cohort-based transformational programs designed for sustained practice. Our approach weaves the Enneagram, neuroscience, and presence-based methods to illuminate how the Inner Critic operates—and how to shift from its constricting voice into the clarity and coherence of authentic leadership.
This work strengthens cultures where people take risks, collaborate openly, and bring their full intelligence to the work..

Liberating Ourselves from the Inner Critic: An Enneagram Perspective
LCP + ENNEAGRAM
Experience our unique integrative framework that combines the Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) with the Enneagram. The LCP provides a clear, data-rich picture of the “what”—how leaders are currently viewed in terms of their impact and effectiveness. While invaluable as a starting point, this external perspective is limited without deeper insight into whythose patterns exist. That’s where the Enneagram comes in. By illuminating the internal drivers that shape behavior, the Enneagram reveals the unconscious habits behind the data—and offers a map for shifting from reactive tendencies to creative, life-giving competencies. Together, these two systems create a powerful pathway for growth, enabling leaders to align inner transformation with external impact and accelerate sustainable change.
THE WAY OF LOVE — EXECUTIVE PROGRAM
Led by Ipek Serifsoy, PhD
An advanced year-long program for conscious leaders who have already begun the work of inner transformation. The Way of Love invites those with established self-awareness to deepen into a new paradigm of leadership—one rooted in love, wholeness, and coherence.
In a time when old models of power and control are losing relevance, this program offers an integrative approach to leading and living. It cultivates the full spectrum of feminine and masculine strengths—care and clarity, reflection and action, compassion and courage—within a presence-based framework designed for real-world impact.
Through deep inner inquiry and embodied practice, participants learn to transform reactivity into responsiveness, and ambition into creative service.
To walk the Way of Love is to lead from the inside out—anchoring presence, attunement, and humility as the ground for conscious action in a rapidly changing world.
What Makes Our Work Unique
Beneath every offering runs a common thread: a presence-centered orientation that transforms how leaders and teams show up with themselves and each other. Our consulting work is not just about delivering tools or strategies—it’s about creating the conditions where authentic connection, resilience, innovation, and healthy communities can flourish.
We draw on a set of guiding practices that are woven into everything we do:
-
Circle Principles
Ensuring every voice is valued in an egalitarian, non-hierarchical space.
-
Dialogic Practices
Fostering discovery and shared meaning rather than debate or persuasion.
-
Deep Listening
Attuning to what is said, unsaid, and felt, creating trust and dignity.
-
Presence-Centered
Aligning mind, heart, and body to awaken clarity, authenticity, and compassion.
Together, these practices form the philosophical foundation of The Leader’s Muse Institute. They ensure that our work with leaders and organizations is not only effective in the moment but also sustainable, life-giving, and transformative—helping organizations evolve into communities where people feel valued, connected, and able to thrive together.
“Organizations are living systems, places of wholeness where people bring their entire selves to work. When we create the conditions for wholeness, organizations themselves evolve into something extraordinary.”
– Frederic Laloux, Reinventing Organizations
