The Way of Presence & Creativity
Catalyzing a more wholistic, authentic, and life-giving paradigm of leadership.
Calling forth the leader as artist, as vessel, as conduit of a more beautiful and generative world.
“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed individuals can change the world. Indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has.”
– Margaret Mead

FROM OUR FOUNDER
Ipek Serifsoy, PhD
Founder of Leader’s Muse Institute
As founder of The Leader’s Muse Institute, I’ve dedicated my work to bringing artistry, presence, and soul into leadership. In today’s complex world, this quality of presence becomes the wellspring of both creative breakthroughs and adaptive innovation, allowing leadership to be not only effective but deeply human and transformative. I invite you to join me in exploring this path, where the work of leadership becomes a practice of possibility, wholeness, and renewal.
The Leader's Muse® Synopsis
This synopsis distills the dissertation I completed in 2011—the seed from which The Leader’s Muse Institute has grown. Far from a static academic document, it continues to gain relevance in today’s climate of accelerating disruption. Where leadership once contended with VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity), we now face what is described as BANI (brittle, anxious, nonlinear, incomprehensible)—conditions that challenge not only systems but also the human spirit. Over the past thirteen years, I have expanded this body of work through research and field application in organizational consulting and leadership development, bringing its insights into practice.
